Through a blend of conscious breathwork, light bodywork, and curated soundscapes delivered via silent headsets, you’ll be guided through an immersive journey designed to deepen self-awareness, and enhance personal transformation.

This New Year’s Eve, let us take the time to rest, reflect and set new intentions with gratitude. In this 90min session, treat yourself to a 75min immersive Sound Bath that you can choose to enjoy in Savasana or seated, followed by pranayama and meditation to close the practice.

This session is a mindful exploration of movement and breath. Using the Well-Being Band™️, a therapeutic resistance band developed in Korea, we’ll move mindfully to stretch, lengthen, and open the hips, chest, and shoulders—areas often constricted by tension or unresolved emotion.

Integrating Sound & Yoga: 15hr Immersion with Meiyan Cheong
Explore the introspective effects of sound and how it can be integrated with yoga. This course will provide an overview of the various forms of sound including musical instruments like Tibetan singing bowls, steel drums, chimes and the traditional harmonium as well as Om chanting, musical playlists and mantras, and how to weave these elements into your yoga practice. Led by Meiyan Cheong, this immersion is open to all who resonate with a sound-centric yoga practice and are keen on understanding the basics of sound and yoga. A 30hr comprehensive module (CET eligible) is also open to Yoga Teachers.
Integrating Sound & Yoga (30hr)

Join Meiyan in an immersive Sound Bath experience, this time in a 90-minute extended practice offering space for pranayama and meditation. Sound healing is a form of vibrational medicine that helps to fine tune your system by restoring balance and activating your body’s natural healing abilities. During a Sound Bath, we initiate the Relaxation Response, allowing us to go into repair and recovery.
Beyond the usual instruments like tibetan bowls, crystal bowls and swinging chimes, this 90-minute experience will also include soundscapes from steel drums and a handpan. You may choose to practice lying down or remain in seated meditation.

This special demonstration and hands-on workshop is led by Naoko Nakabayashi (Sochoku), a highly respected tea teacher from Urasenke Singapore. Nakabayashi-sensei has been deeply involved in tea ceremonies in Japan for many years. Since 2002, she has dedicated herself to teaching the younger generation in Singapore.

Join Kimberly Kwa and Tan York Cheng from In Mindful Company in this Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course, an evidence-based, 8-week programme developed in 1979 by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center.
Originally created to support patients coping with chronic pain and illness, MBSR is practised all over the world and in Singapore to help people from all walks of life manage stress and enhance well-being.

Cultivating Compassion Through Trauma Informed Yoga: 20hr CET with Krisa Qiu & Kristen Pringle

This 2-day intensive training with online support, led by Krisa Qiu (Bliss Shala Yoga) and Kristen Pringle (Trauma Informed Care OT) is designed for therapists, yoga teachers, coaches, wellness facilitators, OT’s and health professionals, or mind-body enthusiasts seeking to integrate compassion and trauma-informed yoga (TIY) into their personal or professional life. This training qualifies for CPD and Yoga Alliance CET hours.
We will be integrating compassion & trauma theory, experiential learning & self-exploration, and building your practical skills toolkit to embed immediately for personal, therapeutic, individual or group client use. Join us for a 1.5-hour trauma-informed yoga immersive, designed to create a safe, inclusive, and healing space for all bodies and experiences. This session is crafted for individuals seeking a gentle, empowering practice that prioritizes self-agency, choice, and deep connection with the body.
Whether you are new to trauma-informed yoga or looking to deepen your understanding, this immersive experience will guide you through mindful movement, breathwork, and somatic awareness techniques to foster resilience and inner safety. This session is an introductory immersive experience, and will be complimentary for trainees who sign up for the 20hr CET: Cultivating compassion through Trauma Informed Yoga.
