A playful family yoga session with Yoga Seeds, held in honour of International Yoga Day.
Created for parents and children to enjoy together, this one-hour practice includes simple stretches, playful partner poses, easy breathing, and a short rest to close. No yoga experience is needed.
The session takes place during Wheeler’s Estate’s mid-year party, in a quieter changeover between live sets. Come earlier to wander through the Indie Pop-up Market, pick up something cold from the Birds of Paradise Ice Cream Caravan, and ease into the day with food, drinks, and live music on the lawn.
Join us for a heartfelt afternoon of movement, breath, rest and community as we come together with guest teachers Brandon, Kieron, Amenda and YGB ambassador Wendy.
All proceeds from this event go to Yoga Gives Back, a non-profit dedicated to empowering underserved women and children in India through the power of yoga and micro-loans.

Step into a 90-minute Moon Salutation practice designed to slow the body down, soften tension, and guide you inward. Inspired by the quiet, reflective quality of the moon, this session with Amenda weaves together fluid movement, breath, and stillness.
Through an unhurried, meditative sequence, the body begins to open without force. Tightness eases, the nervous system settles, and the mind grows quieter along the way.
Suitable for all levels, this is a practice for when you need something slower, steadier, and less demanding.
