Available from Mondays to Thursdays at your preferred time, this day retreat includes one yoga class by Yoga Seeds, a spa or facial treatment by Aramsa Spa, followed by a nourishing set meal by GRUB Pasta Kitchen. Seasons of the Self is a day-long elemental retreat by Kimberly Kwa and Tan York Cheng from In Mindful Company. It is inspired by the nourishing cycle of the Five Elements in Chinese Metaphysics. Rooted in ancient wisdom and guided by embodied practices, this retreat is designed to help you reconnect with your inner landscape through the lens of Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water.
Each element mirrors a facet of your being — physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual — and reveals a unique rhythm within you. Through mindful movement, self-inquiry, and reflection, we explore how these elemental energies live in our natal charts and influence our personal practices.

As 2025 draws to a close, join us for a gentle pause to reflect on the year behind and envision what lies ahead. A vision board is a visual representation of your goals and dreams—a powerful tool that keeps your intentions visible and helps your mind naturally notice opportunities aligned with your aspirations.
We will begin with a grounding practice, creating a soft landing into the session, followed by guided journaling with prompts to help us tune into what we want for the year ahead—honoring the highs, gathering wisdom from the lows, and discerning what to carry forward and what new beginnings want to emerge.
Guided by Khai Lin, a life transformative coach and intuitive art facilitator, you will be led to tune inward and translate your inner wisdom into a tangible vision for 2026.
Best of all, members may bring one guest free with a valid pass. Share a cosy afternoon over tea and biscuits as we quietly reflect and envision 2026 together.
Join our Lead Trainer Wendy Chan in a 45min practice, followed by a 45min sharing on our upcoming Yoga Teacher Training programs. This event is free and open to all practitioners who are looking to deepen their practice and study of yoga. This New Year’s Eve, let us take the time to rest, reflect and set new intentions with gratitude. In this 90min session, treat yourself to a 75min immersive Sound Bath that you can choose to enjoy in Savasana or seated, followed by pranayama and meditation to close the practice.
With the use of musical intervals, mindful combinations across different instruments, and her warm and soothing vocals, join Meiyan in exploration of the beautiful and introspective effects of sound. She invites you to take this moment to pause, find stillness, and listen.
