Ashtanga is a traditional Vinyasa based fixed sequence. Join Wendy for a glimpse into the Ashtanga Primary Series. Experience the method that incorporates deep, even breathing and steady gazing with continuously flowing, prescribed movements (Vinyasa), facilitating a daily yoga and meditation practice. This invigorating practice covers the fundamental standing sequence, selected seated and closing postures of the Primary series.
Notorious for being a fast-paced, rigorous, challenging and highly structured type of yoga that is sure to raise one's heart rate, Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga is adopted by many as a potent tool to instil self-discipline, strengthen the mind and body, improve focus, balance, coordination while calming the mind.
Step into an immersive journey with Wendy Chan, Founder of Yoga Seeds, as she guides a small group of dedicated practitioners through a transformative exploration of yoga as personal practice.
Over two weekends (4 sessions, 2 hours each), you’ll go beyond routine classes to discover how yoga can be a lifelong companion for growth, resilience, and self-awareness. With Wendy’s 16 years of experience in teaching and curating yoga programmes across schools, corporates, and communities, this series offers both depth and heart in a safe, nurturing space.
As the year draws to a quiet close, we invite you to retreat into the stillness of your inner world — a space to reflect, release, and realign with nature’s cycles.
Seasons of the Self is a day-long elemental retreat by Kimberly Kwa and Tan York Cheng from In Mindful Company. It is inspired by the nourishing cycle of the Five Elements in Chinese Metaphysics. Rooted in ancient wisdom and guided by embodied practices, this retreat is designed to help you reconnect with your inner landscape through the lens of Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water.
Each element mirrors a facet of your being — physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual — and reveals a unique rhythm within you. Through mindful movement, self-inquiry, and reflection, we explore how these elemental energies live in our natal charts and influence our personal practices.
This New Year’s Eve, let us take the time to rest, reflect and set new intentions with gratitude. In this 90min session, treat yourself to a 75min immersive Sound Bath that you can choose to enjoy in Savasana or seated, followed by pranayama and meditation to close the practice.
With the use of musical intervals, mindful combinations across different instruments, and her warm and soothing vocals, join Meiyan in exploration of the beautiful and introspective effects of sound. She invites you to take this moment to pause, find stillness, and listen.
