Introducing Seeds of Connection, a monthly gathering of meaningful encounters.
Once a month, we gather, not to perform or achieve, but simply to be. In a circle of presence, where stories are shared, silences are honoured, and hearts remember what it feels like to be seen, heard, and held.
Each gathering will gently centre around a different theme or activity, sometimes reflective, sometimes creative, sometimes quietly playful, but always rooted in meaningful connection.
This month, we’ll explore the ancient and insightful map of the Enneagram—a tool for understanding the patterns that shape how we relate to ourselves, others, and the world around us.
*Fridays at the Shala series: Open to members with a valid pass
Join Meiyan in an immersive Sound Bath experience, this time in a 90-minute extended practice offering space for pranayama and meditation. Sound healing is a form of vibrational medicine that helps to fine tune your system by restoring balance and activating your body’s natural healing abilities. During a Sound Bath, we initiate the Relaxation Response, allowing us to go into repair and recovery.
Beyond the usual instruments like tibetan bowls, crystal bowls and swinging chimes, this 90-minute experience will also include soundscapes from steel drums and a handpan. You may choose to practice lying down or remain in seated meditation.
Join Wendy Chan, Lead Trainer on the Yoga Seeds Training Faculty, in a 45min sharing session on our upcoming Yoga Teacher Trainings, followed by a 45min practice. This event is free and open to all practitioners who are looking to deepen their practice and study of yoga. Key information on our curriculum and schedule for both the 200hr and 300hr Yoga Teacher Trainings will be shared.

Tight shoulders, shallow breathing, and low energy can quietly build up—until they become the background noise of daily life. If you’ve been feeling stuck, heavy, or simply out of sync in your body, this is a gentle invitation to come back to yourself.
This Project Seeds session is a mindful exploration of movement and breath. Using the Well-Being Band™️, a therapeutic resistance band developed in Korea, we’ll move mindfully to stretch, lengthen, and open the hips, chest, and shoulders—areas often constricted by tension or unresolved emotion.
Under the expert guidance of Korean yoga teacher Angie Kang, you’ll explore how the Well-Being Band™️ supports Every Body—no matter your age, experience, or flexibility—to relieve poor posture, reset your breath, and ease chronic discomfort.
