Join Wendy & Meiyan for a candlelit immersive meditation experience starting with Trataka, a cleansing practice for the eyes and mind. Trataka is a meditation technique that involves gazing at a single object, such as a candle flame, to calm the mind and body.
In your meditative state, we continue to tune inwards by surrendering to the sound vibrations of tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, swinging chimes and more. Sound healing is a form of vibrational medicine that helps to fine tune your system with sounds with the intention of restoring balance and activating your body’s natural healing abilities. You may choose to practice seated or in savasana.
*Open to members with a valid all-access or Project Seeds pass

Introducing Seeds of Connection, a monthly gathering of meaningful encounters.
Once a month, we gather, not to perform or achieve, but simply to be. In a circle of presence, where stories are shared, silences are honoured, and hearts remember what it feels like to be seen, heard, and held.
Each gathering will gently centre around a different theme or activity, sometimes reflective, sometimes creative, sometimes quietly playful, but always rooted in meaningful connection.
This month, save an afternoon all to yourself to indulge in a moment of stillness for an immersive Mindful Tea experience. Guided by a seasoned Tea Master, experience the serene rituals of Traditional Chinese tea culture.
Join Miki Nozaki, a Japanese Guest Teacher at Yoga Seeds with 10 years of teaching experience, in our first Japanese/English Bilingual yoga class.
In Morning Stretch & Relaxation, you’ll get to treat the body, breath and mind to a gentle, nourishing practice in the Yoga Seeds Shala, surrounded by the lush greenery of Bishan Park. Come home to nature in a practice that prioritises listening to your body and breath, while experiencing the serenity of practicing in a sanctuary away from the city. Coupled with Miki’s warm and nurturing guidance, you’ll walk away from the session refreshed, energised and grounded.
Tea and light refreshments are included, along with exclusive discount vouchers for Aramsa Spa, Yoga Seeds and Grub Pasta Kitchen.
Join Kimberly Kwa and Tan York Cheng from In Mindful Company in this Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course, an evidence-based, 8-week programme developed in 1979 by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center.
Originally created to support patients coping with chronic pain and illness, MBSR is practised all over the world and in Singapore to help people from all walks of life manage stress and enhance well-being.

Join Wendy for a 90-minute practice that blends Yoga and Taichi-inspired movement, rooted in the qualities of the Water element from Traditional Chinese Medicine.
This session explores the balance between strength and fluidity — moving with both intention and softness. Through slow, breath-led sequences and circular, wave-like motion, you’ll build inner stability while learning to release tension and move with ease. The practice supports not just physical well-being, but also helps cultivate smoother Qi flow — promoting better energy circulation throughout the body.
Guided by the wisdom of the Water element, this class invites you to move in a way that feels calm, connected, and grounded, while nourishing your internal energy system.
