*Fridays at the Shala series: Open to members with a valid pass
Join us for a transformative 90-minute mindfulness experience, guided by Wendy Chan, the founder of Yoga Seeds. This extended practice invites you to explore mindfulness through three unique avenues: movement, breathwork, and meditation.
In this immersive session, you will learn and experience a variety of mindfulness techniques, including both stillness and movement-based practices. Wendy will guide you through mindful meditation practices, helping you cultivate body awareness through breathwork, body scans, and gentle movements.
Explore the introspective effects of sound and how it can be integrated with yoga. This course will provide an overview of the various forms of sound including musical instruments like Tibetan singing bowls, steel drums, chimes and the traditional harmonium as well as Om chanting, musical playlists and mantras, and how to weave these elements into your yoga practice. Led by Meiyan Cheong, this immersion is open to all who resonate with a sound-centric yoga practice and are keen on understanding the basics of sound and yoga. A 30hr comprehensive module (CET eligible) is also open to Yoga Teachers.
*Public Holiday Special: Open to members with a valid pass
Join Wendy, founder and lead trainer of Yoga Seeds, for a 90-minute practice that blends Yoga and Taichi-inspired movement, rooted in the qualities of the Water element from Traditional Chinese Medicine.
This session explores the balance between strength and fluidity — moving with both intention and softness. Through slow, breath-led sequences and circular, wave-like motion, you’ll build inner stability while learning to release tension and move with ease. The practice supports not just physical well-being, but also helps cultivate smoother Qi flow — promoting better energy circulation throughout the body.
Join Adeline Tien, Restorative Yoga specialist, for a 2-hour workshop where you’ll experience Intentional Rest — a powerful, body-based practice that helps you release tension, manage stress, and improve sleep quality — without needing to "do" more.
The session includes 30 minutes of simple theory and discussion, followed by 90 minutes of guided practice — all designed to help your body unwind and your mind settle. If you find yourself feeling overwhelmed, over-scheduled, or overstimulated, crave rest but don’t know where to start, this workshop will provide you practical tools to manage stress and reset your body and mind.
This workshop is beginner-friendly and open to all. No yoga experience required.

Join Wendy & Meiyan for a candlelit immersive meditation experience starting with Trataka, a cleansing practice for the eyes and mind. Trataka is a meditation technique that involves gazing at a single object, such as a candle flame, to calm the mind and body.
In your meditative state, we continue to tune inwards by surrendering to the sound vibrations of tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, swinging chimes and more. Sound healing is a form of vibrational medicine that helps to fine tune your system with sounds with the intention of restoring balance and activating your body’s natural healing abilities. You may choose to practice seated or in savasana.
