Introducing our new Fridays at the Shala series, where we invite you to join us in the exploration of extended 90 minute classes which include both class types within our usual class offerings, as well as more meditative experiences. These sessions are usually scheduled once a month on Fridays at 7.15pm, and may differ in timing if it falls on a Public Holiday. Yoga Seeds members may attend these sessions with a valid pass.
Unwind with Bryan in this well-balanced 90-min Candlelight Yin yoga class that targets full body release and flexibility, while calming the mind.
Set in a cosy and beautiful space lit with candles, we will be refreshing and harmonising the major joints and muscles groups of the whole body in a sequence that promotes symmetry and balance, releasing emotional stress and anxiety. The gentle, mesmerising quality of candlelight makes a perfect sensory aid to soothe our moods, facilitating our journey inward for deep relaxation and inner balance.

About Bryan Ng
Bryan is an Osteopathic physician who currently runs his private practice, The PainFree Clinic, at the Novena Medical Center. He is highly skilled and experienced in the treatment and prevention of musculoskeletal pain and injuries. This is reflected in his yoga teaching approach in which he aims to deliver safe and well-sequenced classes that meet his students' needs and strengths.
Bryan specializes in Yin yoga, slow flow and alignment classes. As a valued faculty member of Yoga Seeds' teacher training programs, he teaches anatomy, physiology and yoga philosophy.
Bryan draws his inspiration from several highly respected yoga and meditation teachers he met during his own yoga training which spanned over the last two decades. After completing his first two yoga teacher training programs in 2001 and 2004, his desire to further his learning of anatomical and health sciences led him into the study of osteopathic medicine. Since then, he has been driven to integrate his scientific education with the lifelong study of yoga philosophy, Sanskrit language and yoga therapy.
With his practical understanding of human anatomy and movement and his nurturing love for yoga, he hopes to continue on this lifetime interest to help people integrate their bodies and mind.
