Step away from the digital world and into a space of mindful presence. Join us for a 2-hour sanctuary facilitated by Khai Lin where screens take a backseat to meaningful moments of connection with yourself through reading, journaling, creative expression, and quiet contemplation.
This drop-in session invites you to trade notifications for nurturing activities in a peaceful, phone-free environment. Whether you bring a book to read, a journal to pen your thoughts, find calm through colouring, or simply allow yourself to rest and daydream, this is your time to breathe and just be.
We will provide tea, colouring supplies, and some basic craft materials.
Our 'phone hotel' offers a safe space to check your device upon arrival, allowing you to fully embrace the offline experience. The atmosphere remains calm and reflective with gentle voices throughout.
Come and go as you please during the 2-hour window. This is your invitation to slow down, disconnect from external noise, and rediscover the simple pleasure of unhurried time with yourself in a supportive, mindful community.

About Khai Lin Chuah
In early 2015, Khai Lin embarked on a journey of starting a rooftop farm above a shopping mall with zero knowledge. The steep learning curve of managing a farm and growing from soil brought her closer to nature and deepened her appreciation for the interconnectedness of the natural world. Two years later, she went to Bali for a 2-week permaculture course, where she learned natural farming practices and was also introduced to other healing modalities like sound healing and aromatherapy. This marked the beginning of her slow living lifestyle.
Khai Lin is drawn to offline activities that offer respite from the hyper-connected world—yoga, journaling, gardening, baking, nature walks, and more. These unhurried practices give her the breathing space for reconnection with self and others.
Through art journaling, Khai Lin discovered one of the most accessible pathways to calm, focus, joy and self-discovery. This practice captured her heart because it requires no artistic experience—only curiosity and openness. As a certified life coach and enneagram coach, she crafts each session with her coaching knowledge to help participants deepen their self-awareness and tap into their inner wisdom. She's passionate about introducing others to this gentle, creative tool, so that everyone has a chance to explore inwardly and give outward expression to their inner wisdom.
