Join our Lead Trainer Wendy Chan in a 45min sharing session on our upcoming Yoga Teacher Trainings, followed by a 45min practice. This event is free and open to all practitioners who are looking to deepen their practice and study of yoga. Key information on our curriculum and schedule for both the 200hr and 300hr Yoga Teacher Trainings will be shared.
Whether you are a practitioner seeking a dedicated study to deepen your practice, or hoping to learn to teach, a teacher training is an opportunity for a closer study of yoga beyond the physical practice on our mat. The training comprises a holistic approach to yoga, covering topics like Yoga Philosophy, Asana, Sequencing, Anatomy, as well as practice teaching.
If you have been curious about our trainings, and what sets us apart from the other yoga teacher trainings offered both in Singapore and overseas, we'd love to have you in our sharing session, which is a safe space for any questions you have - over tea, as promised. Come by to chat with some of the teachers on our experienced training faculty, who will be around to cover the training schedule, course content, and all things yoga.
