Project Seeds Presents: Stretch & Breathe with the Well-Being Band™️
Tight shoulders, shallow breathing, and low energy can quietly build up—until they become the background noise of daily life. If you’ve been feeling stuck, heavy, or simply out of sync in your body, this is a gentle invitation to come back to yourself.
This Project Seeds session is a mindful exploration of movement and breath. Using the Well-Being Band™️, a therapeutic resistance band developed in Korea, we’ll move mindfully to stretch, lengthen, and open the hips, chest, and shoulders—areas often constricted by tension or unresolved emotion.
Under the expert guidance of Korean yoga teacher Angie Kang, you’ll explore how the Well-Being Band™️ supports Every Body—no matter your age, experience, or flexibility—to relieve poor posture, reset your breath, and ease chronic discomfort.
Grounded in the principles of closed chain exercise, Well-Being Band™️ movement stimulates lymphatic circulation and activates the vagus nerve, supporting the body’s natural ability to regulate, repair, and rebalance. This is more than stretching—it's a chance to clear stuck energy and plant seeds of healing from the inside out.
Highlights:
Conscious Breathing to restore vitality and calm
Posture Reset to counteract slouching and tension
Targeted Stretching and conditioning with the Well-Being Band™️
Vagus Nerve Reset to support nervous system balance
Stretch. Breathe. Make space. And begin again—gently, from within.

About Angie Kang
Angie has been teaching yoga for over 7 years and has been a dedicated yoga practitioner for over 15 years. Her warm and inclusive approach to her classes makes it exceptionally easy for her students to safely explore their practice under her care. This aligns with her main teaching intention - to guide her students towards developing self-awareness, as well as to embrace self-care.
Angie's community of students spans local Singaporeans and Korean expats. She specialises in MYRing Yoga, an effective yoga prop meant for pracitioners to use in their practice to aid tension release - physically, emotionally and energetically. She emphasises on alignment in her classes, and loves to play with unique sequencing. Her greatest joy is observing her students in their journey – as they build strength, stability, flexibility and a solid foundation in their yoga practice. She is deeply committed to a mindful and gentle approach to yoga that integrates the body & mind.
Aside from MYRing Yoga, her other qualifications include Partner yoga, Thai massage, Myofascial tension release, as well as Pre-Med Yoga, for which she has completed an intensive teacher training in Seoul, Korea.
