Take a little time for yourself and immerse in an extended practice of breath, movement and sound.
We begin with gentle breathwork to settle into the present moment, before flowing into Nada Flow — a fluid, rhythmic practice that brings together breath, movement and sound. Let the body move, the breath guide you, and the rhythm of the practice draw you into a deeper connection with yourself.
As the movement gradually comes to stillness, ease into a sound meditation and allow the soothing resonance of sound to wash over you. There is nothing to achieve and nowhere else to be. Simply listen, breathe and rest.
Whether you're looking to deepen your practice or simply need a little space to slow down and recharge, join Meiyan for this special two-hour immersion — a chance to move, unwind and rediscover the joy of being present.
Come as you are. Leave feeling a little more connected, grounded and at ease.

A little more time on the mat. A little more space to play.
This Deepavali holiday, join Joanne for a dynamic Rocket Yoga practice inspired by the Ashtanga tradition — energetic, challenging and full of possibilities.
Rocket brings together familiar elements of Ashtanga with creative transitions, arm balances and inversions, offering a more accessible way to explore postures that may feel challenging. With an extended practice, there’s time to slow down where you need to, build strength, try something new and perhaps surprise yourself along the way.
You don’t need to be able to do a handstand or arm balance to join. Come with curiosity and a willingness to explore. Work with variations and modifications that suit your body, and discover how much is possible when we stop worrying about getting it “right”.
Expect to move, sweat, explore and have some fun.

Led once a month by Wendy, Kim and Josphyne, Elemental Soundscapes & Breathwork is an extended practice introducing transformative breathwork accompanied by an immersive musical journey.
Reconnect with yourself in this powerful 90-minute session by Project Seeds. Through a blend of conscious breathwork, light bodywork, and curated soundscapes delivered via silent headsets, you’ll be guided through an immersive journey designed to deepen self-awareness, and enhance personal transformation.
The session concludes with a short journaling activity to help you reflect and integrate your experience.
If you've ever wondered what yoga is truly about beyond the physical practice, this two-day workshop led by our founder Wendy Chan offers the perfect starting point.
Together, we'll explore the philosophical foundations of yoga through two of its most influential texts—the Bhagavad Gita and Patanjali's Yoga Sutras—and discover how their teachings can help us navigate stress, uncertainty, relationships and everyday life with greater clarity and purpose.
Each day combines Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Storytelling, Philosophy and group discussion, allowing you to experience these teachings both on and off the mat.
At Yoga Seeds, we believe there is much to discover when different traditions of mindful movement meet. We’re delighted to welcome Julian Low of Wushiren Theatre, a member of the Singapore Traditional Wushu Elite Team, to the Shala for an introduction to the art of Chen-style Taichi.
Rooted in an ancient tradition of moving meditation, Taichi invites us to slow down and listen — to the breath, to the body, and to the subtle relationship between stillness and movement. Through gentle, continuous movements, we explore balance, coordination, grounding, mobility and relaxation, while cultivating a quieter, more attentive mind.
In many ways, Taichi shares a beautiful kinship with yoga. Both ask us to move with awareness rather than simply move the body; to find connection between breath, body and mind; and to discover strength not only through effort, but also through softness and presence. This introductory session offers a chance to explore the fundamental principles and movements of Chen-style Taichi, with no prior experience needed.
