Yee Ting’s teaching is grounded in the Vinyasa style of practice, with a blend of Trauma-Informed Yoga approach that encourages agency and cultivates self-compassion.

With years of consistent practice through various seasons of her life, Yee Ting believes wholeheartedly in the power of Yoga as a path for self-discovery, inner growth and healing. Through a gentle and introceptive sharing approach, she hopes to offer a safe space for practitioners to explore their practice while honouring their own needs moment to moment, eventually finding home in their bodies. As we slow down, move (or be still) and breathe together, Yee Ting believes that it is a compassionate way of connecting to our true selves and also with one another.

Off the mat, Yee Ting enjoys crafting (read: macramé knotting), soaking in nature and indulging in books. She recently dove into running, hiking and camping — all of which challenge her yet offer her a sense of peace.
