Join us for a heart-centered day of yoga, community, and giving back! This special Triple Bill event features three unique sessions led by Yoga Gives Back Ambassadors — Wendy, Angie, and Meiyan — who are coming together to support a cause close to their hearts.
All proceeds from this event go to Yoga Gives Back, a non-profit dedicated to empowering underserved women and children in India through the power of yoga and micro-loans.
Event Schedule:
11:00am – 12:30pm: Ashtanga Yoga with Wendy (90 min)
Kick off the day with a dynamic Ashtanga Primary Series (Modified) flow. Wendy brings clarity and strength to this invigorating practice — open to all levels.12:30pm – 2:00pm: Lunch Break & Merchandise Corner
2:00pm – 3:00pm: MYRing Yoga with Angie (60 min)
Explore mindful movement and deep release using the MYRing. Angie’s grounding energy makes this an accessible and healing session for everyone.3:00pm – 3:30pm: Tea Break
3:30pm – 4:30pm: Sound Bath with Meiyan (60 min)
Let Meiyan guide you into stillness and rest with a soul-soothing sound bath. A truly meditative close to a meaningful day.
