Take a gentle pause to slow down and reconnect — with yourself and like-minded souls. Seeds of Connection is our monthly members-only gathering for meaningful conversations and curated experiences, fostering a sense of community, calm and connection.
Each month, explore a different activity hosted by our founder, Wendy, together with special guest teachers to unwind, deepen reflection and to engage in mindfulness. Experience a space to pause, breathe and connect amidst the bustle of everyday life.

This session is an introductory immersive experience, and will be complimentary for trainees who sign up for the 20hr CET: Cultivating compassion through Trauma Informed Yoga.
