A 3-hour Taichi Yoga workshop with Wendy, exploring the meeting point between fluid, circular movement and grounded awareness.
This session goes beyond a regular class, offering both guided practice and a clearer understanding of the principles that shape how you move. Drawing from traditional Tai chi and yoga, you’ll explore effortlessness, balance, and the intelligent shifting of weight through the body.
Through slow, continuous sequences, breath-led movement, and moments of stillness, the practice supports greater mobility, coordination, and nervous system regulation — while allowing movement to feel more fluid, connected, and easeful over time.
You’ll be guided through a progressive experience that begins with foundations, builds into a continuous Taichi Yoga flow, and closes with integration — leaving you with a clearer sense of how to move with steadiness and quiet strength.
