Her passion for a more well-rounded approach to yoga is evident from her interest in other styles of yoga and movement such as The Feldenkrais Method®, Yoga Detour® and Yoga Tune Up®.
Adeline has been teaching Restorative Yoga at COMO Shambhala Urban Escape, Singapore, since 2008 and brings almost 15 years of restorative yoga teaching experience into this training. She trained with the amazing Jillian Pransky and the knowledgeable Judith Hanson Lasater (Relax and Renew®). She has many years of experience in teaching workshops and training. She is on a quest to share the superpowers of intentional rest and nervous system reset.
Outside the studio, Adeline enjoys time in the pool, dreams of being an Olympic snowboarder, travelling, crafting and taking long naps. You usually find her huddled in a corner with a cup of tea and a book.
