Public Holiday Special: Open to members with a valid pass
Join Wendy, founder and lead trainer of Yoga Seeds, for a 90-minute practice that blends Yoga and Taichi-inspired movement, rooted in the qualities of the Water element from Traditional Chinese Medicine.
This session explores the balance between strength and fluidity — moving with both intention and softness. Through slow, breath-led sequences and circular, wave-like motion, you’ll build inner stability while learning to release tension and move with ease. The practice supports not just physical well-being, but also helps cultivate smoother Qi flow — promoting better energy circulation throughout the body.
Guided by the wisdom of the Water element, this class invites you to move in a way that feels calm, connected, and grounded, while nourishing your internal energy system.
What to Expect:
- A gentle yet strong Yoga and Taichi-inspired sequence
- Movement that balances strength, softness, and control
- Techniques to support the smooth flow of Qi (vital energy)
- Breathwork and transitions inspired by the Water element
- A grounding closing meditation to integrate the practice
Open to all levels, this session offers a space to restore balance in both body and mind, strengthen from within, and reconnect to your natural energetic flow.
