Our Members’ Experiences

I started my yoga journey with Yoga Seeds a year ago and I must say it’s been one of the most life-changing decision I’ve ever done. Having been to several other yoga studios in the past few years, I’ve never met such a team of dedicated and caring yoga instructors.

Yoga Seeds studio is also set in one of the most iconic place of Singapore, Bishan Park. Can you imagine practicing in the midst of scenic greenery, birds chirping accompanied with beautiful sun rays? That’s exactly what you can get while entering this place worthy to be called my sanctuary.

We got the opportunity to work with Wendy, and her amazing team from Yoga Seeds (Meiyan, Joanne, Vic) in delivering regular yoga and sound bath sessions at LinkedIn. The team is great at what they do, I’d highly recommend this to any corporate wellness settings out there!

Cosy class sizes, friendly and knowledgeable instructors. Yoga seeds is a good respite from the hustle and bustle!

My journey with Yoga Seeds began back in 2014 at their Serangoon Gardens studio, and I was fortunate enough to work with founder Wendy in 2016 for Yoga Gives Back. After living abroad for nearly a decade, their latest Project Seeds, brought me back to this beautiful space in Bishan Park.

It feels like coming home—not just physically, but to my mental space. I now look forward to my weekly Mindful Breathwork sessions, which have become an anchor in my week, allowing me to make intentional pauses amidst my busy work schedule. Yoga Seeds is more than a studio; it’s a sanctuary that nurtures both body and mind.
