Amenda Suen
Yoga Teacher
Amenda began her yoga journey in 2015, and over time, her regular practice became an integral part of her daily life. Through years of consistent practice, she discovered how yoga is much more than physical movement - it is a pathway to self-awareness, inner balance, and overall well-being. The discipline of showing up on the mat has taught her how to cultivate mindfulness, resilience, and a deeper connection to both body and mind.
In her classes, Amenda emphasises the importance of mindful breathing, building strength, enhancing flexibility, and embracing personal transformation. She guides students to move with intention, to listen to their bodies with compassion, and to use the breath as an anchor for awareness. Her teaching style balances challenge with ease, encouraging students to explore their edges while also creating space for rest and reflection.
Amenda believes that with steady practice, students not only grow stronger and more stable physically, but also develop greater mental clarity and emotional resilience. For her, the true essence of yoga is the ability to carry this sense of grounding and balance beyond the mat - into daily life, relationships, and self-discovery.
