Wendy Chan

Lead Trainer /  Programme Director

Wendy’s background and interest in eastern and western philosophy led her to explore and study the workings of the mind, body and subtle energies of the universe. After exploring the philosophies and meditative practices from several traditions, she found her peace in Zen meditation and yoga. This led her to realize her true calling: to teach and share yoga and meditation. Having diverse trainings in yoga and meditation in different traditions, Wendy seeks a balanced and complete view of one’s practice and spiritual development.

Founder and director of Yoga Seeds, Wendy hosts yoga retreats, trainings and workshops in locations all over Asia. She is also the lead trainer and program director for Yoga Seeds 200hr Teaching Training course. When she’s not travelling, she’s back home in Singapore, teaching in various settings, including corporate yoga classes, yoga for children, private yoga sessions and regular studio sessions. In fact, she teaches anywhere that she can unroll her mat! As an ambassador for Yoga Gives Back, she organizes regular fundraisers and classes for charity and is deeply committed to giving back to the community. Her style of yoga is a unique blend of Classical, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, with emphasis on the breath in both movement and stillness.

Dr Bryan Lau

Anatomy Trainer

Bryan Lau is not only a certified Yoga teacher, but also a registered doctor in Hong Kong. He is also a part-time sport team physician and adjunct lecturer at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He focuses a lot on sports related injury in the out-patient clinic, after finishing his master degree on Sports Medicine and Health Science in year 2010.

As the founder of Medic Yoga since 2012, he combines his knowledge of functional anatomy, myofascial stretching techniques and physical treatment skills to the yoga practice, aims to deepen students’ understandings on the utilization of the powerful healing effect of asana. His teaching method is largely influenced by Jason Crandell and Patrick Creelman, which does not only focus on the detailed alignments, but also enlighten students into being mindful and present in the practice.

He is now teaching regular yoga classes and therapeutic anatomy workshops with Pure Yoga Hong Kong.

Dr. Bryan Lau

Vari Morales

Art of Adjustments Trainer

Vari was born in New York and grew up in the Bronx. Both of his parents immigrated from Pureto Rico and he learned at an early age that life was not easy. In his early 20’s, Vari felt something was seriously lacking in his life. With his mother’s encouragement, Vari seek for spirituality guidance and in so discovered yoga. Inspired to further his progress in spirituality, Vari embarked on a yoga journey volunteering his time and energy at an Ashram at Cre Paulo in Boston. Most of his current teaching style came from his time spent there. From Cre Paulo, Vari traveled to India for two years to continue his development in yoga practice and teaching from the original lineage. Vari’s teaching philosophy rooted in the belief of staying connected with the breath regardless of the yoga style one is practicing. As life is breath, nothing is possible without it. For nearly a decade now, Vari has been a dedicated yoga teacher sharing his passion and inspiring others on a daily basis. Currently living in Chiang Mai Thailand, everyday he is thankful for his students and the ability to continue along this wonderful journey. Vari is known for his charisma and his classes are truly a transformational experience.
